Introduction

Instructional method can be defined as an educational approach for turning knowledge into learning. There are many methods of turning knowledge into learning for students many times combination of different methods is used to enhance the learning experience. A lecture given by the teacher is also an instructional presentation of principles, concepts, information in less time (Lieberman, 2004).

Discussion

In this part, of the paper we are going to discuss some concepts in order to design a better method of instruction.

Learning styles

The term 'learning style' refers to the fact that when we learn something each of us uses its own method or set of strategies. While strategies vary according to use what we will learn, each of us tends to develop a global preference. These preferences or tendencies to use more ways to learn about some other form our learning style. Not everyone learns the same, or at the same speed is not new (Kellough, and Noreen, 2000). In any group where more than two people begin to study a subject together and based on the same level, we find after a very short time with large differences in knowledge of each member of the group and that despite the fact that seemingly all have received the same explanations and made the same activities and exercises.

These differences in learning are the result of many factors such as motivation, cultural background and age before, but those factors do not explain why we often find students with the same motivation and the same age and cultural background, however; they learn differently, so that while one is very good at writing, at anything else is much easier grammar exercises. These differences may be due if, however, in a different way of learning. David Kolb is an educator who has contributed significantly to the study of learning styles. His research on learning styles adults have shown that adults, although they learn continuously, tend to favor one learning style. This does not mean they have only one way to learn, but they learn best with a meticulous approach. Kolb identified, from the different learning styles, four styles learning: The four learning styles (Cooper, 2011):

Style accommodation (the operator)

The individual in this class taught primarily by "Manipulation" in undertaking the task: he likes to be involved in planning and implementation of activities, it tends to resolve problems by trial / error rather than by logic and it tends to rely on the thoughts of others rather than on its own analysis, he willing to take risks. The types of activities that interest him:

games and role playing;

participation in activities and exercises in small

groups;

Exchange of comments.

The diverging style (the observer)

This individual has a keen sense of observation: it perceive an object or a problem from different angles, although he excels in innovative activities such as brainstorming sessions, and has an imaginative and varied interests, he is interested in people and attaches immense importance to feelings.
