These policies will be formulated using the numeral method of programming. According to the second step specific rules will be defined to learn from the best schemes. The singularity of the advised strategy is that the patterns are deduced from the set of picked out examples presuming that the future arrivals of traffic patterns are in knowledge. Problem Statement
