Introduction

An organization need to be at the forefront to deal with dynamic quality standards demanded by the necessity of the world. To this end, it requires an organizational commitment that values communication processes that enable organizations to be maintained in terms of excellence and competitiveness. The need of communication in an organization is to fulfill the demand and the requirement of communication throughout the society and staff of that institution. Communication is serving as a medium which allow us to transform the information through one person to another. Communication is broad term and the use of it also not limited, it supports to meet the target, challenges and of organization along with the needs of our society. This is based upon the way we structured and mechanized the communication in any institution, because the success and failure heavily relied on it. The above given statement makes to maintain the mechanism of communication in organizations, that must be properly structured to ensure that information is disseminated in a clear and timely manner. In this paper, we will develop various issues and suggestions that can contribute significantly, adequate and timely growth of the institution.

Discussion

First, it is important to understand: What are organizations? And, why individuals have the need to come together, the above, given that depart from that point in order to understand the needs of the organization, staff and society. Later we find that organizations work through communication and the development of it depends on this. That is the recognition of internal communication which is the elements that lead us to the development of information, provides tools to make efficient communication and we mention that all this depends on human resources. Human resources emerge from the work environment, where it is mentioned that the work environment depends on the services of the organization (Kotter, 1996). The quality of working and life, therefore, it is understood that the attention given to the human resource and is communicating these demands that will lead to the fulfillment of its objectives as an organization and consequently, to the organizational success.

Each organization has different types of communication but, for it to emerge in the best way, it is important that communication is planned to be channeled towards the right process and to the required information for a personal or group benefit. The need to belong compels individuals to seek the most appropriate organization, according to a philosophy of life, values and skills. It would be difficult to work in a place where it is considered, and that what they pay is unfair, or attend a church that does not go according to certain beliefs, or a school where there is certain to get quality learning.
