After substantial hold up, San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank President Janet Yellen was sworn in as vice seating of the Fed Board of Governors by Chairman Ben Bernanke Monday morning. She was nominated by President Obama back in April and verified by the U.S. Senate Sept. 29 to restore the leaving Donald Kohn.
