Considering the challenges with which individuals work in the discipline of leadership, teachers, instructors and professors are the building blocks of educational treatment for the students that work in this particular facility (Patrick, Hisley & Kempler, 2000).

These days, with the growing trends and patterns in the area of education, leaders work for the development and growth of student intellect and continue to work for improving student comprehension and continue to show the impact of student growth and at the time developing them for improving their knowledge base.

For this paper, our basic comprehension and understanding would revolve around how teachers prove themselves to be leaders and that how does it translate into student development, comprehension and overall understanding. The interview was conducted with Bane Watson, who has been teaching at the Forman School for the last 7 years.

Q1. Being an important part of the Forman School, how has education changed you as a leader?

For me, as an individual person, education is key and extremely important to access all avenues of life around you. Although these kids still developing; their minds are sponges and learning is a constant process, but not only does it make way for me and my team to look out for ways to teach, but also helps me understand and comprehend new and improved way to deliver quality, upgraded education, departing it to students.

Q2. How would you describe your leadership style when it comes to the Forman School?

Particularly speaking, my style of leadership is somewhere along the lines of being a creative, participative person. My approach towards students not helps me gain a better insight, but also belonging to their group and coming from their place helps me understand their position.
