Introduction

Each position or role has its own significance, which play a pivotal role in delivering certain tasks, and performing specific processes. There are certain positions, which are held, at the state level. Those positions and roles demand meticulous understanding of the importance of the post, and the diligence and dedication, which it requires, to perform the designated tasks.

Joseph Robinette Biden, commonly known as Joe Biden is the existing 47th vice president of United States of America, and is under the direct command of president Obama. Mr. Joe Bidden was born in 1942, in the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Biden is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Syracuse Law School.Mr. Bidden was amongst the young people in America to have ever been selected at senate, at the age of only 29. Biden belonged to the democrats and began to provide the senate with his services in 1973.

Tenure of Joe Biden's Position

As discussed earlier, Joe Biden had been an active participant in politics since a young age. Before being elected to the vice presidency, Joe bidden had been a member of the Delaware senate. Joe upheld that position and post for almost 36 years, from 1973 to 2009. Moreover, after resigning from the senate, Joe Biden took the position of vice president in 2009, and he holds this position to date.

Responsibilities of a Vice President

The vice president of USA, holds a very important position that is designed by American constitution, he holds the Public Office. This office is generally revered as the key constituent and associate of the executive branch of the central government. Amongst the main roles this position endorses, is the role of succeeding the president in special circumstances. However, the constitution has limited the control and influence of the vice president in order to become the president, unless due to some undesirable circumstances the president does not remain in the position to carry on with his post that is due to some medical issue, resignation from the post, or even death.
