Introduction

Kidney disease is affecting millions of people around the world, though it can be treated, but they can cause serious consequences. In order to save lives of the people, different approach has been developed for the cure of the kidney disease. However, this should be noted that without the government support anything related to the public sector is impossible due to the high cost. In this paper we will discuss the lack of government support in Dialysis business in the state of Kansas.

Dialysis

The kidneys are the organ, whose task is to filter blood. Dialysis is a procedure that can take the responsibilities of the kidney. It becomes important when the accumulation of waste in the body leads to a significant deterioration in the patient's health, hence increased in waste is usually slow.

In order words, Dialysis is a process that removes the toxins that the kidney does not eliminate either not work for an infection or some other factor that has not been determined. This process must occur in a room toilet to avoid the risk of contracting a blood infection during the process. To decide whether dialysis required for a particular patient, it is important to check the levels of various chemicals in the blood. The two most important are creatin and blood urea nitrogen. Types of Dialysis

There are two main types of dialysis, which are Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis.

During the Hemodialysis, patient's blood passes through a filter. The blood of a special plastic tube enters the dialyzer, cleaned, and poured back patient. As a rule, Dialysis need to go twice a week, each session lasts from 2.5 to 4.5 hours. During this time, medical staff repeatedly measures the patient's blood pressure and adjusts the dialyzer to make sure that the body of the patient takes the necessary amount of liquid. During peritoneal dialysis is used as a filter fabric of the patient. The intestine is located in the abdominal cavity, the space between the abdominal wall and spine. During the procedure, the peritoneal cavity catheter, through which poured a special solution, “washing” the intestines.
