Criminal law is the set of legal rules governing the punitive power of the State, involving facts, strictly defined by law, such as budget, a sentence , security measure or correction as a result, in order to ensure the basic values ??on which human society rests peacefully.The aforementioned scenario depicts the crime scene of felony and utter street crime which can be seen throughout the world. The crime committed by the person was an ordinary crime, which we see in our daily lives. Let's us discuss the crime in our way, the robbery and particularly the armed robbery and assault, in United States, is considered as a serious crime and needs to be treated by law and law enforcement agencies, like squad, police (sheriffs) often do street walk-ups and see if there is any chaos or crime scene they can catch red-handed. In United States, as stated by law. The armed robbery has a sentence ranging from six years to sixty years, which can vary according to the nature and depth of the crime been committed. There are also other convictions and charges which can be levied onto the criminal. As these are primarily based on the same incident which are most common according the U.S. crime records, they are imposed on the concurrent sentences or the convictions are merge up, if the state law so provides. This is not a matter to be that aggravating but not that much, as armed robbery is a robbery which has some kind of weapon. In our case, there was a physical violence and assault.So at this stage, what a professional may think like something better than the least, but not anywhere nears the maximum, just supported on the crime itself.
