Michael O'Leary has served as a director since 1990 and has served as the Chief executive officer. He has led this Airline to enhance their market share and it is increasing at an unpredictable percentage. The reason for this which made him lead this airline to success path will be explained with the help of a case study.

RyanAir is the airline, which is today the direction of budget airlines in Europe. First on the continent by applying the concept of Low Cost, airline for 10 years has evolved from a modest regional carrier in Ireland's largest airline on routes within Europe.
