During the interview, we posed question as to how frequently does the organizational review take place? We found out that the facility conducts a bi-annual analysis of the organization and evaluates the performance of the staff employed. Questions during the interview included the perception that people and the management (including employees) have of the facility. In other questions we inquired about whether the facility provides benefits to the workers and does it consider human resource management a long-term strategy in recruiting personnel.
