Dear Director of USCIS,

It is appreciable of you for considering this solemn request of mine for re-admittance in the Master of Science in criminal justice program; I will be very grateful to you for granting me a chance to present my case for your consideration. Sir, I am enrolled in the Master of Science in Criminal Justice program of your prestigious institution. I am writing here to request you for kindly reinstating me in the final courses of Master of Science in Criminal Justice program.

The reason for appealing you for re-admittance is because I got late for the registration of the semester and due to delay of registration my admission was cancelled. The reason for getting delay in registration is that I was waiting for the response of U.S army I applied for; The U.S. Army accepted me and planned to send me to a training academy before dispatching me for an overseas duty. For some unknown reason, that did not go through to which they planned for me. However, due for unknown reasons they failed to send me for training in overseas. I had informed the office of international education about my situation; and there is significant proof of document regards to my issue. The waiting period for a response from the U.S. Army also added to my already confused state of mind.

Secondly I am requesting you for re-admittance in this university as I am a student of this university also had completed half of the course. In this situation, I want to inform you about the agreement I had with the criminal justice department.
