I would like to give you my perspective on the school reform system. Our first step for reforming is improving in the planning process. I believe that the superintendent of education play vital role in setting direction and in monitoring and supporting the school's improvement plan. United State's schools are suffering from the combination of challenges that include technological deficiency, infrastructure, training and development, and dealing with disruptive students. These issues results in stress and burn out of the teachers. Education reform has become foremost issue in U.S.
