Abstract

Energy administration of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning ( HVAC) systems is a prime anxiety in construction projects, since the power utilisation in electrical energy has the largest percentage in HVAC among all building services installations and electric powered powered appliances. Without forfeit of thermal comfort, to reset the apt operating parameters, such as the chilled water warmth and provide air warmth, would have power keeping with immediate effect. For the typical financial building tasks, it is not difficult to acquire the quotation backgrounds for effective operation. However, for some special tasks, due to the specific design and control of the HVAC system, accepted settings may not be inevitably energy-efficient in daily operation. In this paper, the simulation-optimization approach was suggested for the productive power administration of HVAC system. Due to the perplexing interrelationship of the entire HVAC system, which routinely encompasses the water edge and air edge schemes, it is necessary to propose optimum settings for different procedures in answer to the dynamic cooling burdens and changing climate situation all through a year.
