Introduction

“Love of life” is the simple story written by Jack London and, this story is still popular today. This story reflects the talent and literary skills of Jack London. The first lines of the story revealed the imaginary view of the London and, this help the author to draw the clear picture of the illusion.

Discussion

The author has clearly given his perception into bright colors by giving imaginary work with the help of his literary skills (Auerbach, Jonathan ,1996).

There is the weak and tremble voice of one of the traveler which can be easily heard by the readers. Author has used the illusions of one traveler by going into his past and future. When it has returned to the present the clearer picture is presented by the author. The story is reflecting the feeling of hunger, and protagonist was observed by the reader's awareness. He was out of food stock and, did not eat about two days. He tried to remove his hunger by taking muskeg berries into his mouth and swallowed it. There were no energy in the berries but, he had no choice rather eating these berries. He was trembled due to several problems facing in his travelling.

He did not try to boil the water and, sleep under the open sky. He was still restless and hungry and, there was too much cold and, snow. There were wolves around his place and, he could hear their voices. The man had thrown many things and, he lay still as he was dead. He emptied his entire bag and, bag was filled with gold. He came to long distances to find gold but this gold is no use for him now.
