The profession of licensed practical nurse [LPN] is a starting, a step up, or an ongoing journey, counting on what each individual likes from the profession. To me it is a realization of a lifetime of employment.

To the certified nursing assistant [CNA], it could be the opening for advancement in an area where I currently have experience.
