Introduction

Globalization, affray and the development of the data schemes and expertise, compelled the associations to find and take up new methods and methods and organizations to boost the enterprise productivity in this international world and advance the service grade and value to persuade the customers and consign the yearned worth to them. Among these methods, is supple scheme conceiving as a device of these processes.

 

 

Company Information

I'm employed in Oil & Gas output Department in Qatar Petroleum, Our Department comprises of  227 worker. In Production Department  we have the best supervisor in the procedure he is enthusiastic, open minded, esteem other ones and realize the work finished by all employees. Like any other associations we have some little and large-scale difficulties inside our Department, these difficulties associated to either mechanical or personal. The major difficulties we have are with upkeep work force, Middle Management and discouraged upkeep staff. 

In 2005 higher administration determined to restructure the procedures Departments and amalgamate procedures Maintenance Department under Production Department, this amalgamate comprise of upkeep allowance and work force , the aim of this amalgamate was to expedite the execution of upkeep work which was one of the major difficulties we have in the past. Theoretically every ting examines fine and the goals can be contacted effortlessly but regrettably everything was finished very fast without looking to the difficulty from all facets and what penalties my happen. After one year the administration reconsidered the upkeep presentation and regrettably no enhancement was observed, furthermore upkeep employees discovered to be discouraged and disappointed. An enquiry group was formed by administration to find the origin of these difficulties the enquiry reviled that in the past there was habitually a dispute between Production and Maintenance Department but now it is one Department and the dispute is not there anymore, the upkeep employees been overseen by Production administration who they understand very little about upkeep eventually upkeep employees are let down because there was no opening for higher place as it is monopolized for output employees only.

The structure been fine toned to determination these difficulties but regrettably the difficulty still live and this is mostly because our middle administration are from the olden output method and not acknowledging changes.

To determination all these difficulties I propose to have two partition under output Manager one partition to be Production and the other one to be Maintenance. This way we will have the upkeep work force and allowance under output Manager there for administration goals will be contacted without effecting upkeep employees and at the identical time they will stay describing to output manager.
