Executive Summary

This paper is mainly focused on the framework in organizational context and its dimensions of rational decisions and the process of providing solutions to the problems. However, the main focus is still on the context that is the employees. This approach is still a theory and does not bring into count the needs for making calculated results that are reproduced from the analysis of change. That organizational change involves managing the process of change and resolving human issues at ground level. On the other hand, it also focuses on strategic leadership, competitiveness, and organizational learning. The main focus that required the attention in the change process was the conceptualizing the need for change. In this case, understanding the resistive individuals and managing them by making them a bigger part of the whole process, by breaking down the company hierarchy to manageable parts is one course of action. The main Kotter's model for change and the organization who applied the model is analyzed in this study.
