Introduction

Managing people in the workplace have never been easier for any company. It requires a lot of analytical techniques and efforts to gather an effective pool of workers, each suited to their respective job descriptions. In this way, rewarding the good employees and training the least effective ones carry much importance in the overall performance of the employees. A good organizational culture is dependent upon the quality of its work force. This is the reason why players in the global world of business, emphasize upon training and nurturing their employees in any way possible. This would not only lead in their satisfaction with their jobs, but will also prove to be effective for the environment in which they work. Recently, the financial rewards are increasing in organizations especially in middle managers such as performance related pay. It is very important and subjective thing because, in many cases, monetary rewards do not give the desired results but, the non-monetary rewards do. For example, at a managerial level employee may not be attracted by money but the respect and recognition (Laurie 2010, pp. 45).

There is no doubt that top managers can increase and energy, and ability to focus on the goal of members of their teams. But the problem is not in it, and how to prevent the loss of one (or both) of these qualities. Much more attention is needed to understand how individual managers perceive the content of their work, what tasks they face and how their own act. This cannot be achieved by methods that are used Department of Human Effective employees; you will need some insight, control and adherence to corporate values of top management.

The primary function of human resource management is to increase the effectiveness and contribution of employees in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives. The human resource planning is a process for determining the need for current and future HR organization to achieve its objectives. HR planning should be used to make the link between human resource management and overall strategic plan of the organization. The management and human resource development is a cornerstone of the majority of organizations which aims to strengthen organizational capacity, and enable companies to attract and qualify the necessary skills and able to keep up with current and future challenges. Human resources can contribute strongly to the goals and profit of the organization. The management of human resources means short of an optimal use of available human and expected. On the efficiency and capabilities, and experience of the human element and enthusiasm to work depends the efficiency of the organization and its success in reaching their goals. So scientists interested in development of management principles and foundations that help make the most of every individual in the organization through the management of human resources.
