Mario's Pizzeria has a Pizza Store Layout that is his family-owned business of authentic Italian Pizzas which are baked over bricks and includes some special and fresh ingredients. It is a marvelous example of small business of modern types. The pizzeria has a wonderful reputation in the Palm Springs of California in terms of its uniqueness and quality. But it is having a problem of longer wait times and customers of Pizzeria are being dissatisfied with this thing so it is mandatory to assess the demography of customers, customer's waiting-time in the queue, servicing system of customers, and for developing an organized plan for serving customers with convenience.

The business flow processing of the pizzeria is currently consisted of four servers, four manual baking ovens, two kitchen's staff, and fourteen tables with four chairs seating. The customers of current process could not compete against other fast food pizzas competitors and because of it, Mario's is experiencing relatively low profit margins.
