Introduction

Learning never ends; all seas and oceans of knowledge cannot quench my thirst of learning. I feel fortunate and proud being a student. I have always engaged in a progression of questioning for success, until I found the concept of “Success”. I want to make my future by completing my Masters in Business Administration. This is the area of my concentration and will be cause of my succession. I would like to pursue career in finance and accountancy as I have good analytical skills. I have completed my BS in accountancy and now looking forward to study further for better future. It is one of the motives that drive self-evaluation, along with self-verification and self-enhancement. However, for pursuing MBA from a good university, I opted Devry and Keller school of graduate. In order to be the part of this organization, I may face the problem of financial assistance in future as I am not earning much here. Therefore, I would like to apply for scholarship in order to finance my MBA.

General Self - Efficacy

I have excellent problem solving skills. I take oppositions and criticisms as a challenge, and act positively to achieve what I want. Most of the times, I am quite sure that I am capable of accomplishing my goals.

Uncertain situations or unexpected events are however my weak point. I might act very efficient in certain unforeseen situations, or I might even collapse in another unexpected event. It depends on the situation or event that how I would react. However, I am quite sure I can survive any unforeseen situation, managing the event efficiently is depends upon the event itself.

Perceptual Structure

I am the type of person who makes a plan but doesn't necessarily stick to it. I like to have things roughly organized. However, I always am open to new experiences and change. I don't like too much chaos, but I also don't like to be stuck in a rut. I like to strike a happy medium. Whenever things get too routine I like to shake it up a little, even if it means stepping outside of my comfort zone.

Some people need to "make sense" of things around them more quickly or completely than do other people. This personal need for perceptual structure relates to selective attention as well as perceptual organization and interpretation. For instance, people with a strong personal need for closure might form first impressions, fill in missing pieces, and rely on stereotyping more quickly than people who don't mind incomplete perceptual situations.

Equity Sensitivity

I am an equity sensitive person, when it comes to workplace equity. I believe that the employees grow with the growth of an organization. Rewards are an essential part for recognizing the efforts of the employees. If there is inequity in the rewards of an organization, it would create a sense of de-motivation among employees. Being a normal human being, I always expect that my every effort is duly recognized and rewarded.
