The community that we are targeting includes both individuals as well as families. These are people who may be facing either social issues or economic issues. For instance, unemployment and divorce are two of the most common issues that are faced by people who need mental health counseling. These can be people who commit minor crimes and also those who commit heinous and dangerous crimes (Seiler & Brooks, 2007).
