Various online libraries, journals and databases have been researched and reviewed in order to gain an extensive insight and comprehension of the issue being studied. Some of the examples of databases to be used include Google Scholar, Academia Search Premier, EBSCOhost, and other relevant websites will be explored.

Data Collection Method

This research is going to utilize the qualitative method of research. The data in the study has been collected through the secondary methodology and has been used to perform the investigation. The secondary analysis has also been done through researching, studying and reproducing the literature from various articles, journals, cases and available literature.

Results

The program gives the assistance to the organization and helps them to meet the requirement of potential candidates to be hired, give them trainings, enhancing the work environment, and workforce, and enhances the strategic initiatives (Allen, 2004, 469). Sharing, and exchanging, the knowledge in information between the mentor and the mentee increase the knowledge base of an organization, resulting in better understanding to the mission, vision, values, and goals of an organization. Following the conception, of multicultural workers by generating associations amongst various employees and permitting the uniform right of entry to mentoring (Janas, 1996, 4).
