Methodology

The underlying principle for the qualitative study was to discover why parental involvement decreases at the high school level increasing the likelihood of drop out, low grades, teen pregnancy, health concerns, suicide, truancy, and graduation (Galinski, 2007). The research was developed to establish potential causes for the decline in parent involvement. Themes related to low socioeconomic status were established. Specifically, the research examined parents' perspectives on outreach efforts at a rural high school in East Texas.

This chapter describes in detail the approach used to guide this study. The chapter will define the qualitative research method and design appropriateness. The results presented information on how individual perspectives concerning this particular school district prevent parents from being involved and why parents become less involved with their high school students. The results of this qualitative study may provide information to other rural high schools on parent involvement.

Research Design

This research is based on the secondary data. The research methodology used is the survey of various courts' photography practices as available online. This research involved studies in detail the news, articles from journals, and online material available on the web. Using the methodology tested in previous studies, this study began with a broad review of the literature. This research also includes different comments of judges in the various courts of USA. The findings and conclusions are based on the secondary data.

Population, Sampling and Data Collection

The methodology used for the purpose of this research is based on the secondary data. This research is more or less based on the literature review and the conclusions are drawn on the basis of actual resources listed in the references.

The method of investigation used consists of a theoretical framework of secondary data by reviewing the current position of the photography practices as used in the courtroom presentations. Using secondary data as a basis for conclusion will therefore aim to ensure the reliability and validity of this research by demonstrating how the forensic digital photography will affect the decisions of the courts during the trial.

Secondary research was conducted through a number of sources, including libraries and the Internet. A number of libraries were visited for gathering valuable data from textbooks and journals. The Internet was also a major tool in obtaining relevant information, leading to the search for a number of articles in journals and newspapers from database.

To prove the research hypothesis, a survey was conducted through a three-step process: construction of an item pool, validation of the items, and pilot testing of the items.

Also the data has been gathered through various sources out of which some are on line while some are on paper.

The outcome of this project is the results of a content analysis of online resources. The research involved analyzing the news postings on the web over a period of years. The analysis consisted of reading the title, and body or abstract of each article posted. Then, each article was qualified and placed in the body of the report, including the research ...
