The main purpose of this paper is to make an analysis on the benefits of deploying mobile technology in organizations. There are different benefits of the mobile technology in organizations. The mobile technology is gaining importance day by day. Since the past several years, the technology and development of advanced mobile devices is increasing in UK. The main devices including the mobile technology are smart phones and media tables, and their demand is increasing day by day. The increase in the demand of mobile technology has played a very important role in the increase of company's revenues, and has enabled the companies to gain the competitive edge. The introduction of iPhones, the rate of industry's growth has also increased with a huge rate and it serves as the business tool for the companies. Although Blackberry has dominated the market, but the growth of iPhones has also played a very important role in the success of the mobile technology (Chiem, 2010, p. 43). Along with the presence of different mobile devices, there is a great role of blackberry in providing various mobile technologies that can be helpful for the organizations to gain success.

It is very necessary for the organizations to understand the change in the world. Organization have to understand that with the change in the world, the mobile devices have become the most common medium of communication in this era. Most of the organization are making use of mobile technologies because the mobile devices comes in handy. The mobile phone is a technology which is easily accessible to anybody including the business owners, housewives and young audiences. The mobile devies or we can say mobile technologies are also playing an important role in changing the consumer behavior. The mobile technology has also changed the whole process of shopping. Consumers use mobile devices and conduct research at their home from their mobile devices before going for shopping. They can also gather the information about the products on the spot,a nd can collect different sources about the availability of the producr and special offers. The era that gave the rise in the trend of mobile technology usage is the era of 2000. In the early 2000, mobile devices and technologies became the breakthrough for the organizations and helped them to transform new ways to market their products (Roberts, 2005, p. 242). There are different advantages of adopting the transactions through the mobile technology like : personalization (tailored to the individual) and convenience (anytime anywhere, and improved quality of life), localization (location-based marketing), and ubiquity (available everywhere) (Mahmoud, 2006, p. 58). These advantages are easily applicable to the social media usage as the advancement in the mobile technology has led to the improved user interfaces used in order to capture new media content (Tarnacha, 2007, p. 12).
