Introduction

Presently, no one doubts that the most important resource of any company is its Teachers. However, not all Principals understand how difficult it is to manage this vital resource. The effectiveness of an employee is directly proportional to the success rate of the company. Principals are assigned the task to maximize the ability of staff and co-workers. No matter how strong the decisions makers are, the effect of their decisions can be obtained only if the ideas are successfully translated into action by Teachers, and this can only happen if the workers are interested in the results of their masters. To obtain or generate this factor among the Teachers company pays special attention to motivate, encourage the morale of its workers. It is clear that the main motivating factor is wages, but there are many other factors, finding that returns the human-work. (David & Joyce 1995 650)

We find enormous ways to influence the motivation of a specific person, and their range is constantly growing. Moreover, the factor that today motivates a particular person to the intensive labor, tomorrow it could help "turn off" the same person. No one really cannot say how detailed the mechanism of motivation, what force should be a motivating factor, and when it works, not to mention why it works.

For all the comprehensiveness of the methods by which to motivate Teachers, the Principals himself must choose how to encourage each employee to perform the main task and the survival of the company in a tough competition.

Motivational process

Motivation, analyzed as a process that can be represented as a series of sequential steps.

1.The need arises: Person feels that something is missing. He decides to take some action. The requirements are very different, in particular: physiological, psychological, social.

2.Finding ways to ensure the needs: It can be satisfied by simply listening to and then providing the desired stuff.

3.Setting goals (directions) of action: You should ensure the essential requirement and determine the ways by which you are going to achieve the set goals. It is revealed that you need to fulfill the need to get something that is desirable, to what extent you can achieve what is needed and what actually get can eliminate the need.

4.Implementation of actions: Man expends efforts to implement the actions that offer him the opportunity to acquire necessary that you need to address the needs. Since the process of work has an impact on motivation at this stage can be adjusted goals.

5.The remuneration for the implementation of the action: Having done the necessary work, the man gets what he can use to address the needs, or that it can be exchanged for desired for him. It reveals how the implementation of actions to achieve a desired result. Depending on this, there is a change of motivation to action.
