Nepal is found in south Asia, 28 N, and 84 E. The capital of Nepal is Kathmandu. Other main cities include Lalitpur and Biratnagar. Nepal is north in relation to India. (Mayhew, Brown, Vivequin 2003).

Climate and Physical features

Because northern Nepal is located close to the Himalayan mountain range, the winters there can be very harsh and cold. The summers are also cool. However, in the south of Nepal, the summers can get very hot, and the winters are generally warm.
