Subject: Personnel Management for Planet Aquarius

Dear Sir,

As you would know a new planet has been found by the name of Aquarius. It is a small planet that orbits a solar type sun, just to the right and a little beyond Polaris. The Planet has been discovered in the year 2073. Though the planet Aquarius is smaller in size when compared with earth, there are many similarities between the two planets. Most of the surface of the planet is water. There are five land masses which may be called as planets on the basis of their size. There are no traces of intelligent life on the planet but the environmental and weather conditions of the planet are suitable for plant and animal life. Soil, air and water are all supposed to be utilized in the animal life that is to be established on this planet.

The country ran a poll for volunteers who would like to go and reside at the planet for the next fifty years. This residence over the planet will be monitored. As per the plans received the supplies and materials that are required for the colonization of the planet are ready to be sent on planet Aquarius. The people who get selected to be sent will be living there in isolation with no trace of or contact from the motherland earth. They will have to live there like this without intrusion of another man for the next fifty years. During this period, if any spaceship is sent to the planet for sending supplies, they will be unmanned. Out of the many people who have volunteered, there are only ten who can be sent to the planet for the inhabitation. These ten people are as follows:
