What kind of atmosphere does Solzhenitsyn describe as he recreates the world of the Soviet labor camps (gulag)? What is life like in the camps?

Solzhenitsyn is a mathematics teacher who is around 44 years old. He lives in a town of Russia known as Ryazan. He spent around eight years in the concentration campus of Stalinis. His first work was the “One day in the life of Ivan Denisovich.” He has written a story of one day, which was spending in a Soviet concentration camp. He has exposed the atmosphere in the Soviet Labor camp, and has created a flawless classic employing the expressiveness of reticence and understatement in a manner which even the fumbling of hurried translation cannot obscure. The atmosphere was that there was to imprison and punish all the dissidents, saboteurs, criminals, traitors and criminals. Apart from this it also provide the massive labor force which was required to improve the Soviet infrastructure. Gulag is an acronym for Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelno-Trudovykh Lagery. Soviet labor camp also imprisoned people who were innocent, and they were forced to enter the Gulag system.

Some people did not belong to the camp, but they were wrongfully kept in the labor camp. The Sovient labor camp do not see who did what, but simply put anyone in the prison, idf they think he has done wrong. Then these people have to stay to back in the camp till their punishment is over. Shukhov was part of the German military, and the German army captured him. He managed to escape and returned to the camp. The army punished him for this act, which lead him to labor camp.
