Introduction

Competition is a central concept in all kinds of corporate business strategies. Competition based on three concepts: similarity, substitutability and intensity measurement competitive. The study of competition in online video websites is based on three key concepts: substitutability, the similarity and the intensity of competition and on the entire consideration. Substitutability can be defined as being "interchangeable in a situation, i.e. the ability of a mark to substitute for another .It depends on the situation of use proposed by the internet user. The similarity is based on the comparison of perceptions of characteristics possessed by any of the website which is being visited by the user. The operationalization of similarity is done by assessing the number of features distinctive and common. It does not take into account the situation and use is stable over time unlike the substitutability. The significance of several different online video website in the calculation of similarity can also introduced as a notion .A notion of asymmetry in the similarity between different sites (Pempeka, 2009, pp.38-39). Measuring the intensity of competition is based on the notion of a set of consideration.
