There are a number of challenges facing business in the manger consider a new computer system to replace my old computer because it did not work properly. These issues include problems with communication effectiveness, management information system (MIS), computer on spare parts, the processing speed of computers and computer failure. Problem statements, goals and objectives of the company must be clearly indicated.

After a group of senior managers and directors have agreed on a strategic plan focusing solely on a computer system problems and other problems that may arise from the old computer system. careful monitoring and control must be in place to ensure total quality management project. This will ensure that business relations with many internal improvement work to ensure competitiveness, the expansion of employee skills, better customers and suppliers synergies and create an effective and efficient communication throughout the company. In addition, improvements such as employee motivation, customer service, financial planning and performance can be achieved. Business will be strengthened through these improvements. However, the weakness may request, through the time spent on training, negative relationship between investment and opportunity costs, and possibly negative future value of investments. (Karel, 2008) Most of these private systems, the devices were stored and serviced by the manufacturer; biospecified engineering served as producer of the hands and eyes to enable remote communications modem for the diagnosis of the problem and the replacement and adjustment of components.
