In the East Central part of the Sweden there is a municipal committee called Nacka. This municipal committee has its own way to manage all the different functions. They have adopted several unconventional ways in their management style. In this paper we will be discussing the way in which they handle and manage their education department(Öztel 2001, 153). Many a times, when organizations adopt unconventional methods and styles of management they usually do not get enough success in that for several reasons. But Nacka has receives appreciation for its work and has faced success in almost every field. Their adoption of new and innovative style of management has given them growth and success in the educational field.

The educational structure in the municipality of Nacka, Sweden, shows several non-traditional ways in the Management Department and even then, Nacka has received national appreciation several times.

Previous studies have demonstrated that in managing the process, both in regulatory frameworks and in the literature, the management of the process doesn't appear to be the lone solution of how modern organizations handle and systematize their work. Generally, in Nacka, the structure is successful with the principles of behavior and management, which has a different aspect of the organizations studied previously.

The issue of precise study is often started by a hypothesis, where a researcher creates a certain behavior to get what is believed is "out there." (Linn 2007,161) It is said that the loose "boundary" concepts play a significant role in building the scientific knowledge and expansion of the discipline. Embarking on a research study with interest that the concept release, enables the issue of research to materialize and develop during the research procedure.

Nacka is a municipality with 85,000 people outside Stockholm, Sweden. It is accountable for libraries, schools, day care, social services, recreational places, environment, health and safety, and planning of housing, workplaces, etc. In Nacka, the students have the option to choose which ever school they want to study in, regardless of the geography. The schools are financed by the public findings, which are distributed equally among the students by the means of an educational cherub(Harris 2006, 350). The purpose of this system is to provide municipality's students a freedom of choice and a direct impact on these services. All the decisions are taken by the services providers: schools, in this case.

The functions in the education system are, in short: students, teachers and school administrators, and central government. The teachers employed by the principal and are well paid and are putting enough resources into the skills development.

The heads of the public schools in Nacka, employs the principals of the school. They are full accountable for their schools. The turn-over is very low amid the school administrators in Nacka, compared to the other educational systems(Grisham 2006, 486).
