Peasant Fires

Introduction

'Peasant Fires' is a remarkable piece of work that has been established and created by Richard Wunderli. The book revolves around the concept of religion and how has influenced the ways of man existing and living in times today. The beliefs and the principles of religion have been promoted and created not only for the common man to follow, but it also clearly changes the course of how humans mold their principles and worldly trust, demeaning it and submitting to the word of God.

Discussion

For this paper, my basic motivation and understanding would revolve around the problem for Human that exists in the world. While religion preaches the ground rules and the core of existence for all human beings, much difference and distinction has been created because of the class and the lack of belief that individuals have established while living in the society (Godsell, pp. 78).

Wunderli with this novel narrates how Virgin Mary appears in the vision of Hans Bohm and that how it changes Bohm and the way he went to adopting the principles and the teachings of Christianity at that time. However, to view it from a realist's perspective, the novel narrated and vividly displayed some of the most important, yet the most destructive problems that Europe experiences at large.

The problem with Human

As per the component that has been undertaken for analysis and deliberation, my preference of choice would be 'the problem with Human'. Man has been designed as the most profound creature that exists in the world today; however, as perfect as he may appear to be, it becomes rather evident that even humans are prone to mistakes, considering themselves as all the more pristine and prestigious above all those around him (Wunderli, pp.37).
