a. Is the overall purpose of the paper clear to you?

The overall purpose of the paper is very clear. It describes the importance of the clay minerals for carbon sequestration in the greenhouse ocean. The bulk of the carbon in the surface of the earth in the marine environment appears in the continental sediments from the edge of a fine-grained mineral, whose properties depend on the climatic conditions of the Continental.There are many non-silicates that form under similar conditions to proper' clay minerals, and which are likely to have been part of a mineral origin of life. Because the issue of carbon capture and sequestration appears every time more as a possible alternative to mitigation for different governments, it is necessary to highlight some of the critical constraints and concerns raised by this technology.

b. Does this paper adequately analyze the experimental data?

Yes. This paper analyzes the experimental data very adequately.
