Such planning and preparation is very common in the field of career and personal development. The career planning is the process of creating, executing and evaluating succession planning scenarios. In career planning, one can identify attainable career goals and develop career plans for themselves. Everyone should spend some time planning their career. The career planning is not like planning for a party. It does not happen automatically, and ends after that, instead, it requires ongoing planning.
