Introduction

A conflict of interest can be defined in this way that a person or government employee decision is under influence of some other officer or employee while doing their work. Thus, decisions are made based on wrong reasons. This kind of decision is usually being encouraged even when the decision is correct and it is considered as a damaging factor to the organization reputation. When these kind of decision or conflict of interest are being seen in a public organization that leads to eroding public confidence regarding that organization.

In most of the countries it has been seen that all the public organization are supposed to establish a set of standards or codes of ethics to cover all the issues regarding conflict of interest. Conflict of interest is being considers as a major issues in most of the countries and fundamental to good governance, which have a specific law to cases of conflict of interest. This law may provide that, for example. A state official or employee must not act in his official capacity in any matter in which he has a personal financial interest, directly or indirectly that could possibly affect your objectivity or independence of trial. (Thacker 2006)

What does a conflict of interest mean?

We all have our own personal interest and our interest can be changed or be under influence of the people who are around us. It can be said here that from time to time our personal interest can be in conflict with other people opinion or their interests.

Conceptualizing Emotion In Relation To Conflict

The period emotion has been conceptualized diverse ways.
