Introduction

Ethical leadership is a popular topic that deals with ethics, morals, ethical standards and social responsibility of organizations to society, government and employees. It is not it a sign of increasing public demand for the development of ethical self-consciousness? The origin of such requirements suggests the emergence of a new leadership - ethical leadership (Brown, Trevino, et al, 2005). Here, a question naturally arises, where is the line that distinguishes the ethical leader from others?

First, to understand the ethics of leadership is to use the rule "it is - not unethical as long as you do not get caught”. An example of corrupt leadership can serve as a scandal with the president of the company. President of the company and the entire leadership of Enron accused the management of Enron that sold shares worth millions of dollars before they became aware of the bankruptcy of the company.
