Abstract

Just like sports and education in general, physical education produces vast social values. As such, it is and imperative subject for those interested in the past schooling, as well as planning matters in education. Nowadays quality physical education programs are measured to increase the physical, mental and social-emotional development of a child. Learners can learn how to expand, maintain, and self-assess fitness, health, and motor skills by the assist of physical activities in which they can add to the lifetime. There are so lots of benefits to having physical education in our institutions and schools. (Lieberman, L.J., Houston-Wilson, C. 2002, 76-89)

In physical education classes, learners will be provided great chances that are not given in the typical settings. Kids are full of energy and need moving around. As in a school setting, if a child necessities to move around or talk and let great energy out they will be reprimanded.
