Introduction

Childhood obesity is becoming a critical national epidemic which has considerably triggered for few decades. The numbers of children and adults affected by obesity has doubled since the 1970s. There are more chances of overweight children becoming over weight adults unless they do not acquire healthier eating habits, exercises and physical activities. It is stated that about 30% of obesity in adults have childhood origins.
