Introduction

Employee motivation is now a key factor in business success. Today research is still carried out, they are more particularly on the role of personality, the environment of each individual, and the impact it can have on motivation. In psychology and philosophy, motivation is the stimulus that moves the person to perform certain actions and persist in their completion. The knowledge of human motivation is essential so that the administrator can really count on the cooperation of its employee's unrestricted (Ryan & Deci, 2000, pp. 78). To better understand all facets of motivation, it seems necessary to attempt to define it in different approaches and to better understand the various theories advanced to today on this subject. Indeed, this notion of motivation involved in psychological, sociological, philosophical and organizational. The motivation works as the result of the interaction between the individual and the situation that surrounds him. The motivation level varies among individuals and within the same person by time. The theories suggest that organizations should emphasize higher order needs (Strickler, 2006, pp. 26).

Employee's motivation is integral towards the success of an organization. Motivated workers in general outperform non motivated workers, thus employers are very much about this phenomenon. Maslow's Hierarchy of needs is then discussed as a traditional & well known motivation theory (Loi et. Al., 2009, pp. 777). As a result, we could say that enrichments of tasks, techniques and other participatory decision-oriented approaches to autonomy were widely used. In general, this is not the case. Administrators continue to rely heavily on money as a motivator. Similarly, the personnel departments tend to focus on wages, hours and working conditions, which are all factors in maintenance.

Importance of Praise Motivation in Business Environment

The three key elements of the definition of motivation are: organizational goals, effort and individual needs. When a person is motivated, or is temporarily satisfied or satisfies your needs individual, she tries to give the best of themselves in their work. However, high levels of stress or always lead to a favorable outcome or performance, unless it is channeled in direction that can benefit the organization. Thus, we must consider the direction of effort as well as its intensity (Strickler, 2006, pp. 26). The effort well directed and consistent with the objective organizational reach, is the kind of effort you want. Finally, motivation is a continuous process of satisfying individual needs. If there were needs individual probably would not be talking about human motivation.

The administration is directly linked to motivate their employees. The behavior of the Administration induces the behavior of their employees and together to achieve the goals and results. Thus, our needs are met and the organization gets the desired result. Understanding this process contributes to success so that organizational members contribute their efforts for greater productivity. Motivation is the best potential source of increased productivity.
