Introduction

The aim of this article is to discover affirmative management education, a practice-based educating and discovering model centered on affirmative organizational scholarship. Six indications of transformation in organizations are presented: complexity, community, creativity, spirituality, flexibility, and positivity. A model for affirmative management learning is presented, founded on six associated dimensions: fostering integrative and holistic considering, construction a sense of community through high-quality connections, evolving creative brainstorming and ability construction through innovative tasks, incorporating spirituality into the school room, fostering flexibility and empowerment, and conceiving affirmative endowing, nurturing discovering platforms. This affirmative management learning form is showed through chosen best practices from a navigate study of an experiential organizational demeanour course (Brooker, 1999, 63).

 

Positive Organizational Scholarship

POS is the study of what is affirmative, flourishing, and life-giving in organizations. POS is a strength-based action that builds on work in the areas of affirmative psychology, organizational sciences, and communal sciences. POS does not take up one specific idea but sketches from a broad spectrum of ideas to realize, interpret, and conceive the best of the human status, affirmative deviance, flourishing, and vitality in organizations.  

The centre premise of POS is that management and leadership excellence is basically joined to conceiving organizational contexts that endow human power and unlock affirmative and generative dynamics of vibrant human groups. This item is constructed on the assumption that scholars and teachers can advantage from POS in formulating affirmative principles and practices in management education. Application of POS advances in management teaching and discovering can supply innovative assets, procedures, advances, and pedagogical tools. The area of management learning can advantage from several notions in POS, encompassing compassion, high quality attachments, and virtues at work, brave honorable activity, and echoed best-self-portraits.
