This essay is about the responsibilities of information technology consultant to the clients and to the society. Firstly, the essay tells what information technology is and how big differences did technology change and improve from ages to nowadays. Secondly, it states what information technology consultant can do and what they cannot do. They have a wide range of skills but there is four core functions that they mainly responsible for which is Clients Support, Data Administration and Support, Site System Maintenance, Multimedia Origination. Finally, it demonstrates the awareness of the professional aspects of computing and specific problems facing information technology professionals. There are three kinds of issues: (1) Ethical issue which is relating to morals, especially as concerning human conduct. (2) Legal issue which mainly discusses about Hacking and Frauds. (3) Technical issue which mainly discusses about virus and spy ware. Finally, there is a summary and my view on the future technology.
