In healthcare organization the nursing care delivery system is based on the strategies to promote people centered healthcare facilities. Each healthcare organization has its own nursing care delivery model with particular characteristics depending on the policies procedures and of course mission of each organization. Nursing practice models are pioneering practice measures that vary from conventional models on either all or one of the following structural grounds: The extent to which the designation and practices of particular nurses is discriminated in accordance with the level of education or performance evaluation and competencies; the extent to which nursing practice at the unit level is self-managed; the extent to which case administration is implemented and the level of care delivery model used.

The model professional of nursing largely determines the way in which the quality of healthcare will be delivered to the organization. A model of good and professional nursing practice is based on several factors. These include: Institutional policies and procedures, nursing practice act and rules and regulations, standards of practice, code of ethics, quality of practice designation and certification, leadership evaluation and care delivery system.
