Introduction

Program Planning and Evaluation are expressions employed often in Human Service associations. The main aim of this paper is to evaluate program planning in a human service association by identifying how they are interrelated. The organization that I have selected to give attention to is the Continental Senior Center, a City of Westminster agency. It is personalized to the requirements of the aged or old group of community. The main rationale of the Continental Senior Center is to permit the aging groups of the society a position to go to get help with requirements of elders, for example healthcare or accommodation support.
