Understanding personality types can be precious in shaping proper candidates for jobs. Therefore, gaining high score on this test indicates that this person possesses high skills of interpretation, understanding and usage of emotions properly. . They are competent in social or emotional conflicts they express their feelings well, and do not hesitate to deal with emotional situations.
