Introduction

Forensic Psychology is a legal psychology dealing with the legal justice within the judicial level. It gets regarded as the division of applied psychology at the collection, analysis and presentation of psychological evidence for judicial purposes. It includes the psychological assessment and analysis of law in the jurisdiction, for understanding their substantive and procedural logics. The professional of this field use the psychotherapy process (usually with prisoners) to student the relationship and conduction of crime with the patient.

Forensic psychology is most relevant in studying the nature of crime in juvenile judgments. Forensic psychology is the intersection of two sciences: psychology and law. Dealing with the same object of study (the person), their approaches and methods are different, along with its conclusions, as well. In describing these differences below, not only refers to the concept of opposites, but complementary to the concept, the dialectic between the opposite and complementary to a necessary conclusion will exist.

Martha was the unwanted child to her unmarried mother. Jane (Martha's Mother) always treated her as the other person in the home, but she always fulfilled her needs and requirements of her daughters. She made sure that her daughter gets everything she wants. Jane got married to Gill when Martha was 4. Jane's husband was a good father and Martha became close to him. After 5 years of marriage, Jane filed a divorce from her Husband. By that time, Martha had already developed close bonding with Gill as a father and Jones (brother). Before the trail, Jane wanted to keep Martha and Jones with her. Martha always felt the gap between the mother daughter relationships and never got close to her. Jane tried to assault her emotionally and psychologically and forced her to stay with her after the court judgment. The first hearing of the court stated that the children are not in the condition to rule the judgment, but Martha got considered old enough to review the judgment. Martha put the judgment in favor of her father and decided to stay with him. The court passed the judgment, in favor of the children.

There is a vast difference in the practices of a forensic psychologist in clinical and criminal settings. Their interactions and ethics widely differ in both cases. The analyst looks at various points for the investigation of the cases. The forensic psychologist will analyses the case in a different setting where the scope of the crime is more important to him. They define narrow interactions of the cases in non-clinical matters, as in case, the forensic psychologist conducted the non-clinical trial of asking Martha to draw various things that she loves, in order to know her cognition regarding her fear.
