Introduction

Public education is called the national educational system of each country, which usually involves the planning, supervision or direct implementation of education curricula. It is regarded as schooling at differing levels to be preeminent academic achieves the levels that the legal standard required to consider, consisting in primary education. However, this does not exclude higher levels are not considered mandatory.

Background of Public Funding

Public funding for K-12 education in the United States has been criticized for the past 25 years. For much of this period, the central question underlying the challenges of state funding for public education K-12 was the equity in funding. They were more educational than some of the students in the school district with lower property value bases. Adding to the pot of scholastic innovations as outcomes-based education has been reduced in a level where the controversy over public funding for K-12 education has spread to almost every state (Sonstelie 2000, 44).

Background of California Education

California k-12 Public School education is the responsibility of government, which falls short of providing the physical facilities and teaching and to educational materials for the completion of studies and for that reason there are usually government entities related to the education system such as Departments or Ministries of Education. They are responsible for organizing and controlling educational services in each country. The government may be minimally involved in public education, as in the case of the United Kingdom, where public education is paid by the community (through private or community schools), or conversely, to have total control education system, as in the case of socialist countries (Higgins 2005, 18).

The goal of public education is the accessibility of all people to education, and generates desirable levels of instruction. The primary aim is to obtain a competitive advantage. California k-12 Public School offers children the general public by the government, whether national, regional or local, provided by an institution of civilian government, and paid, in whole or in part, by taxes. Higher education policy can also be shaped by the third sector (including charities, foundations, and social enterprises) in the USA.
