Authority Structures of the Plan

Nurses

The RN in clinic provides care to patient and is oriented to order supplies for urgent care clinic. They are involved in providing high- quality emergency care to patients. They work as a data collectors. They also record data from the patients and provide record to the medical record system about patients' personal details, length of stay, admission rates etc.

Physicians

Physicians are the most important personnel involved in providing urgent care in clinics. They treat all kinds of emergencies and if required they refer the patient to other health care setups. They work as a data collectors. They provide record about the condition of patients, mortality rates, emergency conditions, disease state, referral reasons, etc.

Clinic Manager

Clinic manager receives all the data from health care staff, keeps, and manages record of clinic. After proper assessment, clinic manager forwards the record to clinic director for analysis and evaluation and acts as a project manager.

Director
