Particularly the challenges of quality management as well as risk management have increased. The health care organizations in today's era have now become more concerned towards the quality management and risk management. The organizations are developing the plans for managing the quality services and are utilizing various approaches to manage the risks related to the management and operation of the organizations. This paper aims at discussing the importance of service quality management and risk management and also it is discussed that how the quality and risk management plans can implemented in the healthcare organizations that can ultimately enable the organization to provide better services and to achieve success and growth among the competitors.
