Introduction

In up to designated day humanity, investigators have resolved that rush is a communal construct—part of a method in which persons were allotted to specific racial classes that were not founded on technical detail but ideological differences. Thus, certain personal characteristics, for example skin hue, became markers of communal distinction in which the notion of rush was granted exact communal meaning. Frequently, when persons are allotted to a specific racial assembly, they are seen to have exact characteristics that become stereotypes: For demonstration, Black persons may be regarded to be better at some sports than White persons but furthermore not as intelligent. In detail, a large deal of early technical study on rush concentrated on seeking to work out understanding by analyzing the dimensions of the mind in distinct racialist groups.

In the poem with title of “What It's Like to be a Black Girl” and short story “Town and Country Lovers” by Nadine Gordimer both have discussed the racial discrimination and injustice caused by the White people with Blacks. They both talk about pride in their heritage, and at the same time, these poems are about the anger towards a new culture that does not seem to be understood in the fact that culture is different by nature. The authors want people to learn how to live with them and with each other in spite of the differences of race and culture. I found many similarities in their poems.

For purposes of this paper, we use the definition of Racial Discrimination of the United National. Racial discrimination is any distinction, restriction or preference based on race, color, descent or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise on an equal footing of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other areas of public life."

Although racism is now identified more as a social and cultural as an economic problem, the fact is that despite the development of countries, the abolition of slavery for more than three hundred years, and the recognition of rights of people “without distinction.” It has clear signs of economic exclusion more than 150 million African descendants in the Americas. Racism is built from a reality also economically, politically and culturally ancient, sexism, in which the powers and resources in the hands of men, where women are virtually owned by men.
