Thesis statement

Death sentence is not an appropriate punishment, even if it is first degree murder.

Murder is the unlawful killing of other human being with malice aforethought. The punishment to this action differs considerably in the world. From long sentence in jail, to the death penalty. I consider death sentence as not an appropriate punishment.
